Some worry for my hubby, and for me

Well, Tim complained of shortness of breath, and sharp chest pains. So, after a call to his doctor's office, and leaving a message there, we got a call back. From the doctor. Head to the Gatineau hospital. He's there now, having a series of blood tests, and an EKG done. *crosses fingers her hubby will be okay*.

What I can't get over is the irony of Valentine's Day just yesterday, and heart trouble. :P

Thanks ladies :) He's home now, and he's feeling okay, actually. They didn't seem particularly "worried" he said. It'll take about 2 weeks for the results to get to the doctor. So, he's got an appt to go see him then, to follow up on it.

Tim is a carpenter for a home-builder in the far east of Ottawa. It was about a month ago, I think?, that he had to shovel about 2 feet of snow out of 3 basements. Like up over the concrete. So that the gravel could get put down, and then the concrete floor poured. Anyhow, he said the next day he felt weak, sore, and dizzy. He has had some twinges in the chest area. Also, numbness in the hands, and sometimes his legs just lose strength for no reason at all. Then this. So, yeah,I'd think at his age (54 y.o.) heart trouble is likely the culprit :(

Let's hope he'll be okay. Meanwhile I'm ready to call 911, believe me. :P
